Joseph C. Warren

Joseph C. Warren has extensive experience in criminal law, with over 25 years dedicated to criminal trial practice and thousands of cases handled. Throughout his career, he has represented clients in criminal cases in both Circuit and County Courts. Before joining Musca Law Firm, Mr. Warren worked as both a prosecutor and a defense attorney. As a prosecutor, he managed a wide range of criminal cases, including Governor-assigned cases in Brevard, Sumter, and Marion counties. As a defense attorney, he has advocated for clients at every stage, from intake through to trial, bringing over 60 cases to jury verdict.

Mr. Warren earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and his law degree from the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida.
